I2bet Terms and Conditions – Platform Usage Rules

For the purposes of this document, the following terms carry the meanings set out below:

Use of the platform i2bet is restricted to individuals who cumulatively meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age;
• Hold a valid CPF actively registered with the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service (Receita Federal);
• Have full legal capacity to enter into contracts;
• Not appear on any active self-exclusion list — including i2bet's responsible gambling records;
• Use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only, not for professional or commercial use;
• Reside in a territory where access to online betting platforms is legally permitted.

Each User may hold only one active account at i2bet, identified by the registered CPF. Creating duplicate accounts for the same CPF will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the permanent blocking of that CPF on the platform, with balances held for anti-fraud analysis.

At the time of registration, the User must provide: full name, CPF, date of birth, valid email address, mobile number, and full residential address. All information must be accurate and match exactly the official identification document used in the verification process.

The i2bet applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process in compliance with Brazilian Sports Betting regulations and anti-money laundering requirements. Verification may be requested at any time, but is mandatory before the first withdrawal is released.

The accepted documents for verification are:

• Identity document: National ID (RG), driver's license (CNH), passport, or professional ID card with photo — front and back;
• Proof of address: electricity, water, gas, or phone bill, or a bank statement issued within the last 90 days;
• Verification selfie: a photo of the User holding the document next to their face, in good lighting.

The review period for submitted documents is up to 48 business hours. i2bet notifies the User by email regarding approval or any additional documents required. Unverified accounts have a restricted withdrawal limit until the KYC process is completed.

The i2bet accepts deposits exclusively through the following payment methods available for the Brazilian market:

• Pix — instant credit, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays;
• Bank slip (Boleto bancário) — clearing period of up to 1 business day after payment;
• Credit and debit card (Visa, Mastercard) — instant processing;
• PicPay and Mercado Pago — instant processing via digital wallet;
• TED Transfer — through Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, and Banco do Brasil, with same-business-day settlement.

The minimum deposit amount via Pix is R$ 10.00. For boleto bancário, the minimum amount is R$ 30.00. Deposits via credit or debit card have a minimum value of R$ 20.00. i2bet does not charge any fee on deposits — any applicable charges are the responsibility of the User's bank or digital wallet.

The i2bet may refuse or suspend a deposit if fraud is suspected, if there are inconsistencies in the source data, or if there are signs of money laundering, notifying the User at their registered email within 24 hours. Deposits from unidentified sources or from third parties are blocked and returned to the originating account.

The i2bet processes withdrawals via Pix in under 60 seconds after the request, automatically, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The 60-second window is guaranteed for automatic withdrawals. Withdrawals requiring manual review may take up to 24 business hours, with active communication to the User by email.

Requirements to request a withdrawal at i2bet:

• Identity verification (KYC) completed and approved;
• Available account balance equal to or greater than the requested withdrawal amount;
• Minimum withdrawal amount of R$ 30.00;
• No pending rollover tied to the Bonus Balance — only the Real Balance can be withdrawn without meeting a rollover requirement;
• The registered Pix key must belong to the bank account associated with the User's CPF.

There is no maximum withdrawal limit per transaction for Users at Bronze level and above in the VIP Program. Users with an active Bonus Balance may withdraw their Real Balance separately, without needing to complete the bonus rollover — however, the Bonus Balance will be cancelled if the User requests a withdrawal before completing the rollover.

The i2bet offers bonuses and promotions on a regular basis — including a welcome bonus of 100% up to R$ 500.00 on the first deposit. All promotions have specific rules published on the platform at the time of the offer, and the general conditions applicable to all bonuses are as follows:

• Each bonus has a rollover (wagering requirement) clearly disclosed before activation;
• The welcome bonus rollover is 5x, calculated on the total bonus amount received;
• Rollover progress can be tracked in real time from the account dashboard;
• Cancelled, voided, or bets with odds lower than 1,50 do not count toward the rollover;
• Each User may receive the welcome bonus only once — duplicate accounts are not eligible for additional bonuses;
• Bonus Balance cannot be withdrawn directly — it is converted into Real Balance once the rollover requirement has been met;
• The deadline to meet the rollover is 30 calendar days from the moment the bonus is activated. After this period, any remaining Bonus Balance is cancelled.

I2bet reserves the right to cancel a bonus at any time if there are signs of abuse, such as creating multiple accounts to accumulate bonuses, hedge betting (placing bets on opposing outcomes to eliminate risk) with the intent of meeting rollover requirements without genuine risk, or using automated betting software.

The i2bet VIP Program has specific rules published on the dedicated program page, available in the main menu. The weekly cashback available from Silver level onwards is calculated on net losses for the period — total amount wagered minus prizes received — and credited as Real Balance, with no additional rollover.

Sports Betting at i2bet are available across more than 30 sports, including football (Brasileirão Série A and B, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, Copa Sul-Americana, and international leagues), MMA and UFC, basketball (NBB and NBA), volleyball (Superliga), e-sports (CS2, VALORANT, League of Legends, Free Fire), and more. The following rules apply to all Sports Betting:

• The official result of any bet is the final outcome of the event as announced by the organizing body. i2bet uses official sources for result confirmation;
• Bets placed after the official start of an event are automatically cancelled and the wagered amount is returned to the User's Real Balance;
• If an event is abandoned before its scheduled conclusion, i2bet follows the sport-specific rules available on the platform. As a general rule, if less than 50% of the event has been played, all bets are voided;
• The Cash Out allows the User to settle a bet before the final outcome, receiving a partial amount calculated in real time by i2bet based on current market odds;
• I2bet may temporarily suspend markets during live events to protect the integrity of the odds. Bets accepted before the suspension remain valid;
• The maximum payout per single bet is R$ 500,000.00. For parlay bets, the limit may vary by market and is displayed before the bet is confirmed.

The casino at i2bet features over 3,000 slots from certified providers (including Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Nolimit City, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, and others), live roulette tables with a real dealer in Full HD, crash games (Aviator, JetX, Spaceman), and Live Casino games. The following rules apply to all casino games:

• All slots use RNG (Random Number Generator) technology certified by independent laboratories, ensuring randomness on every spin;
• The RTP for each game is set by the provider and published in each title's information page on the platform — i2bet does not alter the original RTPs of its partner providers;
• Live roulette and Live Casino tables use real physical equipment with Full HD live streaming — results are determined by real physical events, not by software;
• The Buy Bonus available on select slots, allows you to purchase direct access to the bonus round for the price displayed in the game — the RTP of the purchased bonus round is identical to that achieved through natural gameplay;
• Game results recorded on i2bet's servers are final. In the event of a disconnection during a round, the outcome is preserved and displayed to the User upon reconnecting;
• I2bet may temporarily disable a specific title for maintenance or provider updates without liability to the User — any bets placed at the time of deactivation will be cancelled and the amount refunded.

The i2bet treats responsible gambling as an obligation — not just a policy. The control tools available in the User's dashboard are:

• Deposit limit: daily, weekly, and monthly, taking effect immediately upon activation, with a 7-day period to reduce the limit after a request to increase it;
• Loss limit: per session, with automatic closure once the defined limit is reached;
• Session time limit: with an automatic alert when the configured time is reached;
• Temporary self-exclusion: periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 3 months, or 6 months — effective immediately, with no option to reverse before the period ends;
• Permanent self-exclusion: permanent account closure, with no possibility of reopening.

The i2bet does not allow Sports Betting or casino games for Users who are under an active self-exclusion period, regardless of how they access the platform. If access is detected during self-exclusion, the account is immediately suspended and the Real Balance is returned via Pix after verification.

The User may close their account at i2bet at any time through support via live chat, email (suporte@i2bet.best), or WhatsApp. Voluntary account closure results in the automatic withdrawal of any remaining Real Balance via Pix to the registered account, processed within 48 hours of the request.

I2bet may close or suspend an account without prior notice in the following cases:

• Providing false information or fraudulent documents;
• Creating multiple accounts for the same CPF;
• Proven suspicion of money laundering or use of the platform for unlawful purposes;
• Bonus abuse — hedge betting, arbing, or use of automated software for gaming;
• Threats, harassment, or abusive language directed at the support team;
• Violation of any clause of these Terms and Conditions.

In cases of account closure due to suspected fraud or money laundering, the Real Balance may be withheld indefinitely pending completion of an internal investigation and, where applicable, reporting to the relevant authorities as required by Brazilian regulations.

The i2bet processes Users' personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Law (LGPD — Law No. 13,709/2018). The data collected — full name, CPF, email, mobile number, address, Pix banking details, and transaction history — is used exclusively for:

• User identification and verification (KYC);
• Processing of deposits and withdrawals;
• Fraud prevention and anti-money laundering;
• Communications regarding your account, promotions, and changes to the Terms;
• Compliance with legal and regulatory obligations.

The i2bet does not sell or share Users' personal data with third parties for commercial purposes. Data is shared only with payment processing partners (strictly necessary for service delivery), with regulatory authorities when required by law, and with technology providers operating under confidentiality agreements.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. For disputes not resolved through i2bet support, jurisdiction is established in the court of the User's place of domicile, unless otherwise required by law.

The invalidity or unenforceability of any clause in this document does not affect the remaining clauses, which remain in full force. i2bet's failure to enforce any clause at any time does not constitute a waiver of its right to do so in the future.

The i2bet may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email with a minimum notice of 15 days. Continued use of the platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Users can always consult the latest version of these Terms on this page.
